You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Customs & Duties
If you are outside of the UK there may be additional charges when the parcel arrives within your country you may be liable to pay both local VAT, import duty and admin charges. Please do not ask us to estimate the cost of any additional costs once the parcel has the left the UK. These charges are levied locally, they will vary from country to country.
As the buyer you are responsible for paying these charges, which must be paid before your goods are delivered. If you decline to pay the charges then the goods will be returned to us. Goods returned as a result of payment failure will be refunded. Please note we can only refund the cost of your original order. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
